What should I do after my treatment?

Until any initial swelling and redness have subsided, stay away from intense heat (sunbathing, solarium sessions) and extreme cold, and refrain from strenuous exercise or swimming to minimise infection risk. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before and after treatment, do not massage the area, remain well‑hydrated, and apply high-factor SPF sunscreen whenever you are outdoors.
