Dr Jess Dockrell MBChB MRCGP
Dr Jess trained in aesthetics in 2008 on Harley Street and then opened her original clinic, Oris Medical, in Alton. Following this she founded and ran an aesthetics training company in London, training doctors and dentists from around the world.
She now chooses to concentrate her time in the Alton clinic and continuing her work as an NHS GP in a local surgery.
She loves to attend conferences and training events and remains passionate about improving the regulation of medical aesthetics in the UK.
Outside of work you’ll find her trying to find time to go running, practice yoga or heading to foreign climes whilst juggling the needs of three fabulous, if occasionally exasperating, teenage kids.
Dr Sarah Loch MBBS (Honours with Distinction) MRCP DRCOG DFSRH MRCGP
Dr Sarah is a highly experienced doctor with a passion for facial aesthetics. After over 20 years of combining her work in aesthetics and the NHS, working first as a GP and then as a doctor in sexual health, she now devotes her expertise exclusively to aesthetic medicine.
At our Alton clinic, Dr Sarah offers personalised, non-surgical treatments designed to offer effective, beautiful rejuvenation. She takes the time to understand each client’s individual needs and helps them to feel confident and in control of their skin.
Sarah is a GMC registered doctor, and a member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM), the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP) and the Aesthetic Complications Expert Group (ACE), reflecting her strong commitment to safe, ethical, and high-quality care.
Her calm, professional manner and honest advice make her a trusted choice for clients seeking subtle, expert-led skin rejuvenation.
Briony
Based in Guildford, Briony has been an essential part of the clinic team since 2015, working closely with Dr Jess and Dr Sarah to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
As the Practice Administrator, she is the first point of contact for clients - managing calls, emails, and appointment bookings with warmth and efficiency. She also handles clinic logistics, ensuring everything from stock to scheduling is perfectly in place so that every treatment runs seamlessly.
She takes great pride in her role and feels privileged to work alongside two knowledgeable and compassionate doctors. Most of all, she enjoys building relationships with our wonderful clients and helping to create a calm, welcoming experience from the very first contact.
