JULÄINE™ is a premium CE-marked collagen biostimulator designed to restore skin quality and gradually improve facial support by stimulating your body’s own natural collagen production.

Unlike traditional dermal fillers, JULÄINE™ does not provide instant volume. Instead, it works gradually by stimulating fibroblasts — the cells responsible for producing collagen — through a process known as neocollagenesis. Improvements typically develop over 2–3 months, with results continuing to evolve as new collagen forms.

JULÄINE™ is powered by LASYNPRO® technology and contains poly-L-lactic acid, a biocompatible and biodegradable material that has been used safely in medicine for many years. LASYNPRO® technology is designed to stimulate collagen production through a controlled, low-inflammatory regenerative response, encouraging natural collagen remodelling while helping to minimise unnecessary tissue inflammation.

Julaine is injected into the deeper layers of the skin using a fine needle or cannula. A typical appointment includes:

• Full consultation and assessment
• Cleansing and preparation of the skin (numbing cream available if needed)
• Precise placement of the collagen‑stimulating gel using a fine needle or cannula depending on the treatment area and your facial anatomy.
• Gentle massage by your practitioner to ensure even distribution

The procedure is generally well tolerated, though some mild discomfort may occur. There may also be some temporary swelling after the procedure.

Julaine is suitable for immune‑competent adults with mild to moderate signs of ageing, such as:

It is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions. A full consultation is required.

Julaine is biocompatible, biodegradable, and has a favourable safety profile when administered by an appropriately trained medical professional.  

Possible side effects are typically mild and related to the injection site, including:

• Redness
• Swelling
• Bruising
• Tenderness
• Temporary lumps or firmness beneath the skin.

These usually resolve within a few days.

Small nodules are uncommon but can occur. Careful patient selection, expert injection technique and following the recommended aftercare help minimise this risk.

Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers, JULÄINE™ does not provide immediate volume and cannot be dissolved once injected. Treatment should therefore only be performed by an appropriately trained medical practitioner with experience in collagen stimulators.

To support healing and maximise results, we advise:

• Avoid touching the treated area unnecessarily unless specifically instructed to massage.
• Avoid strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours.
• Avoid saunas, steam rooms and excessive heat for several days.
• Keep the area clean and avoid make-up for 12 hours.
• Follow any personalised aftercare provided by your practitioner.

Results develop gradually over several weeks as collagen production increases, with visible improvements usually becoming more noticeable over 2–3 months.
